3.5 Hour Lunch Trip

We start our journey taking a gentle relaxing boat ride to the harbour entrance where we then head North East up the River Colne passing many little creeks/tributaries off the main River. Winding up the creek we pass oysterbeds, marshes brimming with wildlife, quaint villages full of history, old working quays of the past until we reach Rowhedge where you can disembark for an hour and a half to enjoy lunch in one of the local eateries before we head back to Brightlingsea.
